in 2022, William (Bill) Steber, a professional photographer and performer (his band is Jake Leg Stompers). Generously and graciously presented a studio portrait of the late Howard Armstrong to the Campbell Culture Coalition, festival organizer. In addition to being an outstanding capture of Mr. Armstrong, the photo is autographed on the reverse side by Howard and two of his band members. What a treasure!
